ATI Radian HD 4350 – 1 GMB with Intel D915gav motherboard.?

I have an Intel D915gav mother board. Recently I brought an ATI Radian HD 4350 – 1 GMB Graphics card. My friend tell me that this mother board only support DDR 400 RAM. So, that Type of PCI Express graphics card not supports in my Mother board. Is it true?? Please help
