Going horse riding tomorrow and scared of the...?

I hate the hats which have no peaks on them. They are horrible and remind me of the Nazi helmets worn during the war! So if you don't like their hats, why don't you just buy your own hat and take it with you anyway? Many of these stables charge you to hire their hats anyway, so you would save on the fees if you had your own hat. I do think you are missing the point here though. The hat is not a fashion item here, it is for your safety and could save your life if you had a bad fall.
