Does he like me?????? (Sorry this is so long)?

I've known this guy since 3rd grade (now in 7th). He is ALWAYS really nice to me, and has never been mean in any way to me for as long as I can remember. Last year in 6th, he would sit next to me at lunch and just kind of stare at me and talk to the other people at the table, sometimes talking to me. Then he would go out of his way to steal my cookie. ^-^ About a year and a half ago, one of his friends had a bday party which I was invited to. I figured he would be there because the guy having the party was really close friends with him. So I went there and he was. After a while he got on his friends bike and started riding around the back yard and I was bored out of my mind so I started running and chasing him. When we got around to the driveway, we were alone. He slowed down but didn't stop on the bike and said something about my being big and asked about my bra size/what kind I was wearing O.o He never said anything about it again. A year ped and I invited him to a halloween party. It was a pool party...so 99% of it was spent in the water. He was the life of the party. :D He was riding on an inflatable whale and running people over with it. Then I guess he got affectionate and started hugging everyone (except the other boys). He hugged me last going "Awww. ^-^" This year I don't have any cles with him and we don't have lunch at the same time. I told him that I liked him and I gave a friend $15 to ask him if he liked me and she said that he said "Maybe." I pretty sure he likes me. Does he? Since I don't have any cles with him, he rarely goes on Facebook, and I don't see him at lunch, I can't really talk to him. What should I do?? I really wanna be with him :( ♥♥♥
