Buying a home and renting it to people.?

There is no way your payment is that cheap!! If so, I want to move to your area!! If you think you can afford it then do it. I think its kind of strange that you live with your parents but want to rent a house to someone else. I think if I was you I would buy the house, live in it, get a roommate, and let them make part of the payment.
