Mayweather vs Pac-man why do people think it will happen.?

I do not understand the debate. Floyd is going to destroy Pacman. I have great respect for Manny but, Floyd is too much of a technician. Marquez and Morales showed from range that Manny is susceptible to the jab. Face it Pacman is a JUICER. He will never submit to olympic style testing. If boxing wants to regain some credibility olympic style testing should be enforced at its highest level. Floyd just completely dominated a guy arguably coming off the best win of his career. By the way that guy was Shane Mosley. Pacman needs to focus on politics full time and stay out of the ring. He is a JUICER. It is sad because Pacman has had a phenomenal career.
