My skin sucks...everything except acne...not spreading to kids or wife?

i had hives and went to the doc- got a shot of benadryl, they went away a day or so later. about two weeks go by...now i have a shingles/scabies-like rash on my arms, stomach, legs, and shoulders. it has NOT spread to my kids or wife. i also have had jock itch and athletes foot (supposedly) for about 7 months (foot) and about five years (groin-tested for hsv...negative) i have been on prednisone, atarax, every kind of cream, allegra, and good old-fashioned scratching. by the way, i am NOT a dirty slob. SOMEBODY OUT THERE PLEASE HELP ASAP
