Can someone help me with an alien movie title?

i watched it a long time ago so i don't remember much. it takes place on another planet, at least i'm pretty sure it does. some people land on the planet and begin exploring, they may have crash landed(the later is probably it) the only scene i remember is as follows. the people are watching a group of aliens from behind some cover(rocks or something). the aliens are pretty much the typical alien; small bodies with big heads. an injured alien limps up to the group as if looking for some help. the group stares at him then they all grin some pretty jagged teeth. they eat the injured, so they are cannibals. the people watch in horror then they leave the grizzly sight. that's pretty much it. oh, the terrain is pretty dry and desert like. not much to work with but i hope someone knows the movie's title. if not then thanks anyways.
