Keratosis Pilaris Faceii treatment?

I;m sorry that you suffer from this affliction. In winter months it is most visible on the thighs, upper arms, forearms and scalp. There are certain Kerotolytic lotions that may be of some help, but there really is no specific therapy as the etiology of this condition is unknown. If you haven't tried these lotions ask your health care provider to give you a sample so that you can at least see if it has any efficacy or shows improvement. I would say you are extremely mature for your age and I commend you for attitude, it shows wisdom beyond your years, you could always resort to prayer, if you haven't already, just a suggestion.
