Marital fighting outdoors...what do you think?

If your drunk neighbor and his wife got into a huge fight outside in their yard, what would you think? No punches were thrown but they were yelling and he tried to pull the spark plugs on their car so she couldn't leave at which point she sped off with the hood up, stopped to let it down and drove away flipping him the bird as she faded into the distance. What would you think if things like this happened frequently?
